Job description

Novakid is a school for children aged 4-12, which allows children to learn English remotely with their English-speaking peers, with teachers from the United States and Great Britain, according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards. We invite you to join your team of client support or sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Processing of incoming applications for a trial lesson (calling and assigning the day and time of the trial lesson) in Chinese

- Formation of the schedule - calling after passing the trial class, setting the schedule of classes

- Interaction with teachers in English (in writing via chat and by voice!)

- User support, solving problems that arise during the lesson in Chinese

- Presentation of the service to potential clients;

Job requirements

Requirements:

- Knowledge of the Chinese language at the C1/C2 level

- experience working in an Internet project in customer support, with processing incoming requests;

- high computer literacy, experience working with web applications and admin panels (for example, CRM, etc.)

- readiness for a flexible working schedule

- proficiency in English at least B2-oral and written;

- experience in the support service is a plus;

- sociability ;

- Higher education is desirable

- Experienced PC user

- Organizational skills

- Ability to work with a large amount of information

- Responsibility and care

- Willingness to work dynamically in a multitasking environment.
