Onboarding is a project to improve the process of communication with the client through various notifications (mailing lists, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.), information prompts and windows that accompany users on the site and in their personal accounts.
-Work to increase the conversion of purchases;
-Self Service (e-mail newsletters, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.);
-Support for client onboarding through mobile and web versions of the platform, audit of regional sales funnels;
-Interaction with contractors on all issues related to the implementation of onboarding projects (development team, marketing, sales department, advertising agencies, usability experts, etc.);
-Implementation of annual/quarterly/monthly work plans, control of deadlines for all key regions;
a) usability expert evaluation/bug search
b) polling new/current local users
c) linguistic testing
d) funnel analysis of local competitors
-Analysis of product metrics, participation in product development, development of technical specifications for automation/optimization of tasks;
-Analysis of project effectiveness by key metrics (sales funnel audit);
-Running experiments through A/B tests;
-Continuous work to improve customer onboarding processes.
-Relevant work experience of 3+ years;
-Successful and comparable in complexity Internet projects;
-Examples of your projects in a cover letter or portfolio;
-Good Communication Skills;
-Competent Russian language - participation in editing texts;
-English language is not lower than B2-C1.
