We’re looking for a Growth & Virality Product Manager to join our team. Someone with the ability and ambition to define the strategy, design and delivery of innovative ways to attract new users. You are responsible for driving business value through improving the efficiency of customer acquisition.
You are expert with a proven track record in A/B testing, conversion funnels optimisation, deep product analytics, building and testing viral loops. You have a strong action bias and can get things done by organising and driving cross-functional teams that include partners from Marketing, Client Service and Sales, and Engineering. You are looking forward to obsessing over data and making steady progress on business metrics through relentless experimentation. You are energized by the idea of having a direct impact on business and product.

Be the owner of product roadmap related to virality and growth hacking
Develop hypotheses and conduct experiments for changing and optimizing how users enter and move through our funnel.
Design and experiment with referral loops to increase organic product growth
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions - on your own or with help of data analysts when needed
Work closely with Marketing, fellow PMs, and agile engineering team to bring features to life and drive iteration in the visitor experience.
Drive product roadmap execution.
Ensure visibility and transparency throughout the development lifecycle for involved parties.
Share insights and knowledge with the team.
3+ years in Product Management position responsible for growth hacking, virality or both
Experience working on high growth B2C products, ideally high traffic eCommerce or Social.
Experience building products that driving user acquisition and conversion, based on rapid experimentation.
Experience with A/B testing platforms and the in-depth use of data to inform decisions.
Basic SQL and good data analytics skills a must.
Proven experience driving core customer and business metrics (acquisition, revenue, LTV etc).
Proficient in agile product management practices and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time.
Exceptional and effective communication skills.
Excellent spoken and written English (C1)
