As a UX Researcher you’ll join our Product team with proven skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods. UX research is tightly knit into all stages of our product development process because we believe it helps us keep our efforts on the right track, in agreement with true user needs and not just our instinct. The ideal candidate has a user-centered approach, is passionate about data and strives to derive insights that can drive confident decision making on our users journey to learn a new language.
You will ...
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Writers, Data Analysts) to determine and evaluate research topics.
Tracking and monitoring product performance in terms of usability using relevant data from multiple sources (e.g. testing, web analytics, customer feedback).
Planning and implementing user research strategies using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
Developing strategies for effective research data analysis, visualization, and reporting to transform raw data into actionable business and design insights.
Advocating for the user and presenting research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
Evaluating, configuring, and setting up research tools (e.g. testing platforms, participant recruitment, data repository).
Monitoring web accessibility in the product and managing the ongoing auditing process in collaboration with Product Managers and Front-end Engineers.
Job requirements
You have...
- 4+ years / proven working experience in conducting UX research as a part of a user-centric design process.
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, deriving and sharing insights.
- Strong knowledge in conducting qualitative research methods (e.g. user interviews, surveys, journey mapping, persona analysis).
- Strong knowledge in conducting quantitative research methods (e.g. survey, usability testing, prototype testing, tree testing, cardsorting).
- Experience with remote testing tools.
- Experience in testing games or other media formats or a strong willingness to rapidly dive into its specifics.
- BS in Human factors, Computer Science or similar field.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of some European or asian language is a plus
