But we’re not stopping there—we need your help to take things to the next level!

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Manager with deep experience in the South Korean hagwon industry to aggressively expand Novakid’s partnerships with offline academies. Your mission: Convince hagwon owners that offering Novakid’s native English teachers (available 24/7) will help them retain parents and compete against rivals already using our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sign 10+ new hagwon contracts/month (KPIs are subject to discussion).

  • Pitch Novakid’s competitive edge:

    • "Your competitors use Novakid’s native teachers—don’t let parents choose them over you."

  • Offer strategic incentives: Free teacher training for hagwons signing 50+ students.

  • Build long-term relationships with hagwon owners, emphasizing revenue growth (upselling parents to hybrid offline/online classes).

Job requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Background: Former hagwon owner/manager OR B2C ESL sales professional in Korea.

  • Skills:

    • Fluent in Korean (business negotiations) + strong English.

    • Deep understanding of hagwon economics (parent demands, teacher costs, local competition).

    • Aggressive deal-closer—able to negotiate bulk contracts with hagwon chains.

  • Preferably resides in Seoul (in-person meetings required).
