Job description
Novakid is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries). We are an advanced B2C EdTech IT company of 450+ professionals.
The Role
We are seeking a results-driven B2C Sales Team Lead to build, mentor, and lead our remote sales team in Poland. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion, driving revenue growth, and implementing scalable sales processes. This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercial success of a star region.

You will:
Provide Sales Leadership;
Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth;
Take charge of growing our business in Poland
Job requirements
You have:
Relevant B2C sales leadership work experience of 3+ years in remote distributed teams, preferably online sales.
Hands-on B2C sales experience;
Excellent understanding of online sales channels and digital marketing in the region;
Strong analytical skills to provide for data based decisions;
Proficiency in CRM systems and passion for using AI tools;
English and Polish languages should both be not lower than C1 (both spoken and written).
Good knowledge of one of the following languages would be an advantage - Italian, Turkish, Russian and Hebrew.
