NovaKid - Novakidschool (online-school for children 4 -12 years old, in which children remotely learn English language with natives from the US and the UK. Our customers come from more than 50 countries all over the world. We have 80K+ students and 3K+ teachers. Our international team is proud of 400+ developers, support managers and marketing gurus.


We are looking for the Client Support Manager with knowledge of Spanish and English languages.

Duties:

  • Support users in Spanish, solving problems that arise during the lesson. Resolving complex cases in chat or by calls

  • Assisting with translations into Spanish (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc)

  • Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot)

Job requirements

  • Remote work, you can work from almost anywhere

  • Full time - 5 days working week, one working day on weekend, 40 hours per week

  • Working shifts 9:00-18:00
