Role Overview:
The CS Systems Manager will oversee Novakid's main communication systems, including Intercom and telephony. This role requires active management of settings, user permissions, and troubleshooting. The manager will also update training materials, handle contracts and payments, and look for better communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and adjust settings for Intercom and telephony systems, including user management and permissions.

  • Ensure smooth operation of these systems, focusing on functionality and user satisfaction.

  • Provide first-line technical support and customize settings for specific projects.

  • Develop and keep up-to-date guides and training materials for new features or system updates.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage payment processes for communication services.

  • Test and evaluate new tools to improve system capabilities.

  • Research and develop alternative communication solutions to meet changing needs.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing platforms like Intercom and complex telephony systems.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects.

  • Experience with contract management and financial processes is beneficial.

  • Effective communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Innovative and proactive in implementing technological improvements.

  • Preferably experienced in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
