Job description
Novakid is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK, and other countries). We are an advanced IT company of 450+ professionals.
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, content-driven environments?

Responsibilities:
You won’t be creating the content - but you will be the operational backbone of the team.
You’ll oversee project timelines, manage Jira boards, facilitate collaboration across teams,
And ensure quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes are followed consistently.
You’ll also work closely with team leads and cross-functional partners — including data and analytics teams — to track, report, and interpret key performance metrics, helping identify what’s working, where improvements are needed, and how content performance links to learner outcomes and conversion success.
You’ll turn insights into actionable strategies that enhance the effectiveness and impact of our learning content, ensuring that metric-driven decisions guide how we innovate, prioritize, and deliver engaging learning experiences.
