Online Lesson Content Developer

Novakid is an English language school catering to children aged 4-12, and is actively seeking a new team member to join our Content Department. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in creating our online 2nd language English program, aligned with European CEFR standards. Main responsibilities

1. Design and develop fun and engaging content, including but not limited to lessons, homework exercises and assessments, in accordance with Novakid standards and philosophy. 

2. Participating in the content review process and giving constructive feedback.

3. Observing classes to ensure the quality of the material.

4. On-going improvement of existing material.

5. Taking part in multimedia material creation and implementation.

Requirements

1. Evidence of your proficient understanding of lesson planning and methods.

2. Experience in developing teaching material.

3. Fluent English (not lower than C1, both written and spoken).

4. High computer literacy particularly with G suite.

5. Higher Education.
