About the Role:

We’re looking for a Low-Code/No-Code Automation Specialist to develop AI-driven automation solutions, including WhatsApp chatbots, voice bots, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities:

Build and optimize automation using Workato, Zapier, and API integrations.Develop voice bots, and AI-powered automation for sales and customer engagement.Integrate third-party services via APIs, webhooks, and SQL queries.Write basic Python or JavaScript scripts for custom automation.Manage workflows with Bitbucket and Jira.

Qualifictions:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience with Workato, Zapier, and low-code/no-code automation tools.Understanding of APIs, SQL, and automation processes.Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript.Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI bots, voice bots, AWS.Background in educational technology.
