Marketing Insights Manger (Remote)

Novakid is a #1 online language learning brand for kids in Europe with over 1M students to date. 

We are seeking a Marketing Insights Manager who will bridge the gap between user insights and business growth. If you are driven by the question, "What should we do differently tomorrow based on what we learned today?", then you are the person we need. 

What You Will Do:

• Connect research to business value, ensuring every research project has a clear alignment with strategic goals.

• Design and execute rigorous research: panel study (including AI-solutions), surveys, panel groups, etc.

• Analyze and interpret the data into clear, unequivocal customer insights, ensuring unbiased conclusions.

• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to identify root causes and co-create owned Action Plans with clear owners and deadlines..l

• Lead a monthly “Research Council” to showcase findings, align strategies, and demonstrate the impact of research across the company.

How We Measure Quality of Research?

We measure the quality of research by the quality of the changes it triggers.

• The % of recommendations that lead to implemented tests, features, or campaigns.

• The direct revenue impact (e.g., A/B test wins, improved conversion rates).

• Stakeholder satisfaction with the clarity and actionability of your work.

Who You Are:

• Confident in online research methods: panel studies (including AI-platforms), focus groups, surveys. 

• Well-vested in brand strategy: as we operate in 50+ countries, lots of research is around brand awareness, consideration, etc. Expertise in brand health study is mandatory. 

• A Strategic Driver: You are obsessed with impact and have a proven track record of influencing business strategy, not just reporting on it.

• A Proactive Partner: You don't wait for invitations. You identify opportunities, build relationships, and ensure your work solves high-impact problems.

• Influential: You possess the leadership and communication skills to align stakeholders and  overcome inertia. You do not work from a remote ivory tower.
