Job description

NovaKid - online-school for children 4 -12 years old, in which children remotely learn English language with natives from the US and the UK. Our customers come from more than 40 countries all over the world. We have 80K+ students and 3K+ teachers. We are proud of our international team of over 400 Novakiders.

We are looking for the Online Consulting Manager (Video Consultations) with knowledge of Turkish at the advanced / bi-lingual level.

  • Demonstration of Novakid platform to the clients during video calls

  • Explaining educational system and effectiveness and prepare clients for purchase

  • Sell online English courses to our clients

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Turkish C2

  • Knowledge of English (at least B2)

  • Experienced PC user

  • Presentation skills

  • Ability to handle lots of information

  • Responsibility and care

  • 6 working days

  • 2 shifts (3 morning shift: 9.00-15.30 + 3 evening shift: 14.00-20.30)
