Sales Quality Control Manager (Remote)

You will be working closely with:

Quality control of sales people text and voice communications in regions based on existing check lists.

Collection, systematization, and analysis of assessment data in our regions globally.

Feedback provision on team and individual performance in terms of quality control.

Conducting individual training sessions for managers/ team leaders across the regions.

Participation in the grading process for sales and support managers.

Requirements:

• Personal experience in sales for at least 3 years;

• Experience in quality control assessment;

• Strong excel skills;

• English proficiency level B2 or higher both spoken and written;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to structure and present information;

• Experience with AI tools is an advantage;

• Experience in conducting training sessions/seminars is an advantage.
