Novakid is a leading online English language school for children, offering immersive, interactive learning experiences. We partner with corporations, expat communities, and premium service providers to deliver high-quality language education solutions.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive corporate partnerships in the UAE. The ideal candidate has a background in expat services, luxury B2B, HR/benefits sales with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals. Experience in the education/language industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure B2B partnerships with relocation agencies, expat communities, corporations and premium service providers.
Conduct mystery shopping to analyze competitors and refine Novakid’s value proposition.
Build a sales kit from scratch (with full support from Novakid), including pitch decks and partnership proposals.
Develop and execute an outreach & follow-up strategy (cold emails, LinkedIn, calls, networking events).
Promote Novakid’s English programs as an employee benefit, expat family solution, or luxury education offering.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, L&D, relocation managers).
Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand Novakid’s B2B presence.
Achieve quarterly targets of 2-3 signed corporate deals.
Job requirements
3+ years in B2B sales (HR/benefits, expat services, luxury, or education).
Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience in creating sales materials and outreach strategies from scratch.
Self-motivated with a proven track record in closing deals.
Experience in edtech/language learning is a big advantage.
